Richard Strong has been involved in the construction and real estate industries since 1973. Mr. Strong is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, a Florida State Certified General Contractor, a Florida State Certified Pool Contractor, experienced real estate developer, building and project designer, interior designer, graphic designer, and constructability and design consultant to architects.
Richard Strong is a Florida native and a graduate of the University of South Florida and holds an M.F.A. from Lesley University College of Art and Design.

Benjamin I. Strong has been involved in the construction and real estate industries since 1992, and has managed large and medium sized agricultural corporations. Mr. Strong is a Florida State Certified General Contractor, President of Banyan Tree's pool division, Managing Member of Harbor Chase, an Assisted Living Facility development, and is an experienced landscape designer and real estate developer.
Benjamin Strong is a fifth generation Florida native and currently manages asset preservation and rehabilitation services for Florida Family Trusts.

John R. Reven is a Structure Specialist and senior advisor to the group. Mr. Reven is a Florida Real Estate Associate, holds various Securities licenses, and is a recognized expert in Securities and Premises Liability. He is president of City Financial Corporation.
John Reven is a native of Indiana and is a long time Florida resident. He is a graduate of St. Paul's College.
